Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / Masters in Business Studies (MBS)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate in financial planning and budget process, and analyze and correct estimates and recommendations on the effective operation of accounting and finance function.
∎ Supervise and assist in preparation & submission of various tax, VAT & IDRA-related returns and responses.
∎ Overseeing the coordination and activities of independent auditors and ensure that all compliance issues are met, and the preparation of the annual financial statement is in accordance with IAS/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
∎ Supervise and monitor payroll and employee tax.
∎ Ensure proper compliance with local rules, regulations, regulators, IDRA,BB,NBR,BSEC,etc.
∎ Good analytical ability, a clear understanding of laws, rules, regulations & guidelines issued by the regulators from time to time.
∎ Ensure all recommendations appearing in various internal, external, regulatory audits. Compliance Review reports are implemented in an appropriate manner.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ CA course completed (CC) will be given preference.
