∎ Job Description: As an Intern Project Coordinator for our AI product, you will work closely with our development, data science, and product teams to ensure the successful delivery of AI-driven projects. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in project coordination within the fast-paced world of AI. You will be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing various aspects of the project.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Assist in planning and executing AI product development projects from inception to completion.
∎ • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and product managers, to ensure project milestones are met.
∎ • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
∎ • Help maintain project documentation, including timelines, resource allocation, and task management.
∎ • Support the creation of project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
∎ • Participate in regular team meetings and provide insights to improve project workflows.
∎ • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the company’s goals.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ • 0-6 months of experience in project management or related fields.
∎ • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
∎ • Strong interest in AI and technology, with a desire to learn more about the industry.
∎ • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) is a plus.
∎ • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ • Scrum certification is nice to have.
∎ • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a keen attention to detail.

∎ • Office Time: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
∎ • Length: 3-6 Months
