∎ Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards, social media, and the company website
∎ Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
∎ Onboarding
∎ Help prepare onboarding materials and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
∎ Assist in the orientation of new employees, providing them with the necessary resources and information
∎ Employee Engagement
∎ Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
∎ Assist in gathering feedback from employees to improve workplace culture
∎ HR Administration
∎ Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and personal files
∎ Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks
∎ Learning & Development
∎ Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops
∎ Help track employee participation and feedback on training programs
