∎ 2 years of proven experience.
∎ Has prior experience of having worked with Rooftop Solar Project in Bangladesh.
∎ Proficiency in AUTOCAD on working out electrical/Mechanical drawings and layout for small/medium sized PV grid connected systems.
∎ Good knowledge in electrical standards & best practices.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (e.g. reports, technical memos, work instructions) in both English and Bengali.
∎ Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and accomplish tasks.
∎ Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization and follow up skills.
∎ Willingness to work in time bound mission critical situation.
∎ Experience working in fast pace, high change environment, with limited supervision: self-starter.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Frequent travel (within and out of Dhaka) for conducting engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of residential or commercial solar power systems.
∎ Prepare designs and layouts for rooftop solar systems
∎ Supervise Installation works of Solar Rooftop systems and ensure compliance to applicable SOPs and standards
∎ Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
∎ Compile data and write reports regarding operational performance of projects.
∎ Attend complain or fault events.
