Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in recruitment processes including job posting and scheduling interviews
∎ Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
∎ Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
∎ Help organize employee engagement events and initiatives
∎ Perform general HR administrative tasks
∎ To assist with recruitment, onboarding, and document collection
∎ To maintain employee files, attendance, and leave records
∎ To support payroll data collection (overtime, shifts, absences)Help with welfare activities and compliance documentation
∎ To coordinate training sessions and keep records
∎ Communicate with workers and supervisors on basic HR issues
∎ Communicate with production and HR teams to address daily HR needs
