Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communication with key customers on product performance and response to queries (information and advisory).
∎ Assist in managing the organization’s CRM systems, data collection by questionnaires, surveying data analysis and cleaning for quality data management.
∎ Apply theoretical knowledge to analyze customer data, identifying trends and patterns that can help marketing strategies.
∎ Work closely with other team members, contributing to the team’s efforts.
