Communication with key customers on product performance and response to queries (information and advisory).
Assist in managing the organization’s CRM system, data collection by questionnaires, survey data analysis, and clean for quality data management.
Apply theoretical knowledge to analyze customer data, identify trends, and patterns that can help marketing strategies.
Work closely with other team members, and contribute to the team’s efforts.
