Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Business, Marketing, or any other related field.

• Age 22 to 28 years

• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.
• Experience in customer service or client relations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

Responsibilities:

• Quality Check: Perform detailed inspections of products/services to ensure they meet the company`s quality standards.Document findings and work with the production team to address any quality issues.
• Customer Care: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on their orders/projects. Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations and reports.
• Production Assistant: Support the production team in various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Help coordinate schedules, manage inventory, and track production timelines.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the production process. Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to continuously improve processes.
