Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing will be given strong preference.
• Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, online marketing tools, or CRM systems is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in business development and marketing activities.

• Assist the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies.
• Support the creation of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist in managing digital marketing activities (social media posts, campaigns, content coordination, etc.).
• Participate in client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, databases, and reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding, promotions, and lead-generation strategies.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and team activities.
