Responsibilities & Context:
Studio Dhaka Ltd. is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing design and execution team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, and material analysis for interior design and construction projects
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates for interior projects.
Assist in tender preparation, rate analysis, and budget forecasting.
Evaluate drawings and specifications to ensure cost efficiency and material optimization.
Collaborate with the design and project teams for on-site measurement verification.
Support procurement and vendor coordination for quotations and material selection.
Maintain and update project cost tracking sheets and progress reports.
Cross-check design details with project implementation teams when required.
Visit project sites if necessary to verify design accuracy and coordinate with on-site teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying (Diploma with strong experience may also apply).
2–4 years of relevant experience in interior project estimation or construction QS.
Strong command of Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and market rates for interior works.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
