Studio Dhaka Ltd. is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing design and execution team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, and material analysis for interior design and construction projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates for interior projects.

• Assist in tender preparation, rate analysis, and budget forecasting.

• Evaluate drawings and specifications to ensure cost efficiency and material optimization.

• Collaborate with the design and project teams for on-site measurement verification.

• Support procurement and vendor coordination for quotations and material selection.

• Maintain and update project cost tracking sheets and progress reports.

• Cross-check design details with project implementation teams when required.

• Visit project sites if necessary to verify design accuracy and coordinate with on-site teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying (Diploma with strong experience may also apply).

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in interior project estimation or construction QS.

• Strong command of Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools.

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and market rates for interior works.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
