• Age 22 to 35 years

• Create high-quality 3D models of Interior designs, including exteriors, architecture, and landscapes, based on architectural drawings and design briefs. Develop detailed, photorealistic renderings and visualizations to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed Furniture Modeling & Rendering as per design briefs.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to understand project requirements and ensure that 3D models accurately reflect design intent.
• Incorporate feedback from the design team to refine and enhance 3D models and visualizations.
• Proficiently use 3D visualization software such as , SketchUp (must) , and Autodesk 3ds Max V-Ray, to develop detailed models and renderings.
• Utilize post-production tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance visual presentations.
• Preparing visual presentations for client meetings, competitions, and marketing materials.
• Create immersive experiences, such as Project Animation walkthrough tools when required.
• Conduct studies on materials, textures, and lighting to ensure a realistic design representation, including accurately depicting shadows, reflections, and natural lighting.
• Ensure that 3D modeling and rendering work is completed within project deadlines while maintaining the quality of output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping track of progress and coordinating with other team members to meet timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest software and technology advancements in 3D visualization and rendering techniques.
• Explore innovative ways to improve the presentation of architectural designs, such as incorporating cutting-edge tools and techniques like BIM, real-time rendering, and VR/AR.
• Organize and maintain 3D model files, and textures, and systematically render assets to ensure easy access and reuse for future projects.
