• Maintaining accurate project records.
• Have a general understanding of Aesthetics & Design.
• Must be punctual in discharging duties and responsibilities.
• Have to be resourceful and creative problem solver.

• SketchUp 3D Design Proficiency is must for the position. Must have experience and well organized portfolio of previous work to evaluate.

• Need a good and creative sense to create innovative Interior Design for different types of projects.

• According to the project`s needs, they can prepare detailed measurements, working drawings, interior design, and layout plan detailing, as well as SketchUp, sections, elevations, AutoCAD presentations (drafting), 2D preparation, and 3D visualization.

• Follow up on the project execution on a regular basis. (Visit work sites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans).
