∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design, Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms, Furniture Manufacturer

Job Context:
∎ We are seeking to recruit some experienced, talented and enthusiastic Sr. Interior Architect or Graduate Architect with proper experience and knowledge in modern Interior Architecture/Design with the capability to lead and manage the design team.
∎ Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of creating professional level internal and external CGI`s from scratch and a clear understanding of modelling, lighting and composition. Candidates must have a passion for architecture, design and photography.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & design any individual project (CGI's from scratch) Interior Design, Exterior Design, Art & Sketch, 3D Animation.
∎ Understand and extrapolate Client's brief
∎ Work on own initiative and work well within and lead a small team
∎ Responsible for own work and deliver to tight deadlines
∎ Lead and Guide other associate Team Members/Architects.
∎ Preparing and Maintaining Schedule of All Project's Design & Presentation Delivery..
∎ Confer with Operation Department., design, and sales personnel to obtain suggestions and customer orders.

∎ Age 27 to 32 years
