• Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,North South University,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference

Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work)

• Client Consultation: Meet directly with residential or commercial clients to program project requirements, understand their spatial needs, and outline style preferences.

• Concept & Visualization: Formulate initial design concepts, assemble comprehensive mood boards, and curate color palettes, lighting systems, and materials.

• Technical Drafting: Create precise 2D floor plans, spatial layouts, structural elevations, and 3D architectural renderings using advanced design software.

• FF&E Specification: Curate and source Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), alongside building materials, fabric samples, and custom artwork.

• Budget & Timeline Control: Set exact project fees, estimate construction costs, generate vendor purchase orders, and track milestones against rigid deadlines.

• Vendor & Contractor Alignment: Coordinate daily with construction contractors, MEP engineers, specialized technicians, and product manufacturers.

• Site Supervision: Conduct precise as-built site measurements and perform regular construction inspections to ensure tasks align with regulatory building safety codes.
