Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
∎ Bsc in nursing/ Public health, MPH will be given preference.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Ability to inspire critical thinking when teaching (using visual aids, differentiate students).
∎ Good learning attitude and caring for the students.
∎ Previous experience working in Nursing Institutes and teaching will be given preferred.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office applications program.
∎ Special Course eg: Orthopedics, Gerontology, Advance nurse midwifery (ANM), TOT required. Communicative/ spoken & written English and PowerPoint presentation skill is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibility is to work as a member of the educational team and assist the teaching staff of the LAMB Learning & Development Center (LLDC) in developing and teaching nursing and midwifery students and other trainees according to the set standards and curriculum. Providing clinical supervision for nursing/midwives students during practical placements in the wards and in the community. Works as a Nurse & midwife in General Ward, Surgery Ward, Paediatrics Ward, Labour & Delivery, and antenatal clinics, to maintain skills and conduct on the job assessment and training of staff nurse midwives.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary: Around Tk. 14,800 to 22,000 per month gross (Depending as per experience and qualifications). Other benefits include medical care available at LAMB, Provident fund, and Festival Allowance once per year.
