Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in any discipline from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations. Candidates having major in Housekeeping will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all necessary infrastructure and equipment are available in time and properly maintained, following BRAC procurement guidelines and ensuring highest quality.
∎ Develop CBT (Competency Based Training) modules and necessary teaching learning materials for theoretical, practical courses and ensure that the industrial attachments (subject wise syllabus, curriculums, co-curricular materials, trainee progress charts etc.) are developed, used and updated as needed.
∎ Conduct CBT and arrange Competency Based Assessment of learners ensuring the learners attend classes in time, complete training, maintain discipline and are being assessed, certified and accredited in time.
∎ Actively participate in learner mobilisation & job placement activities.
∎ Contribute to ensure proper management of the Skills Center including trade budget preparation and maintenance of filing, documentation, reporting systems, database management, M&E, MIS and stock register.
∎ Establish partnerships and collaborations with Government and appropriate academic / technical institutions, enterprises / private sector agencies for relevant assessment, certification and accreditation.
∎ Ensure cleanliness and minimization of carbon footprints of the center.
∎ Maintain effective communication and provide information to prospective students, guardians and other stakeholders as needed.
∎ Carry out social mobilisation, community awareness campaigns and advocacy events.
∎ Carry out roles and responsibilities with due diligence and demonstrate professionalism adhering to BRAC Values, SDP Decent Work and Social Inclusion guidelines.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field in the Hotel industry is required
∎ Firm knowledge and understanding on TVET, Education System, National Skills Development Policy, BTEB
∎ Skills in hotel services operations
∎ Excellent ICT skills including MS Office (particularly Word and Excel), Power Point Presentation
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Excellent report writing and documentation skills
∎ Should be pro-active, diligent and a team player

Salary: Negotiable
