Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master's degree in any discipline from reputed university. ICT, MBA, Agriculture and Environmental Science are preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he responsible to develop new sustainable idea and project in water, food, health, livelihoods sectors, and development of implementation plan of action.
∎ Conduct feasibility study and cost benefit analysis of new products and projects.
∎ Proper initiative to obtain registration/approval from the government department.
∎ Take proper initiative to start the idea, project in convenient places.
∎ Ensure green economy and green jobs for the employee.
∎ Scale up small scale industries for processing food, forest products, paper equipment, fish feed, rice seeds, low-cost sanitary napkin, water purification and marketing, etc.
∎ Establishment of linkage with relevant stakeholders and ensure participation of different stakeholders.
∎ Communicate with bank and other financial institute and take necessary initiative to obtain loan and grants.
∎ Creating an innovative culture and environment in the office space what ensure a pleasant and productive circumstances to all the staff.
∎ Mainstream the innovation in all existing project and practices in LEDARS.
∎ Responsible to prepare progress report, monthly report, case study and other short report.
∎ Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program.
∎ Good at writing and speaking in English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience in senior level management and project implementation in reputed NGOs.
∎ S/he should have working experience in participatory program planning, management, monitoring, Evaluation and effectively use of PRA tools.
∎ Interested to travel in rural area.
∎ Applicant who has experience of work in coastal area, climate change and disasters management, environment conservation, mobile App development, will get special priority.
∎ Good knowledge on computer operation including Office software and internet browsing.
∎ Have experience to use social media and other online/offline platform.
∎ Prepare EoI, Concept Note and Proposal for relevant activities.
Salary:
∎ Salary: Starting 48,234.00 Taka including provident fund.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Yearly increment, 2 festival bonus, conveyance, phone bill etc. as per HR policy.
