Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Post-Graduation in any relevant subjects from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that feedback is collected, disseminated to the right people, meaningful action taken, and the response given, will contribute to a more efficient, relevant, and localized response. In coordination with service referral pathways, this system will enable a mechanism that can assist people being able to make informed and good decisions for themselves and their families.
∎ Primary responsibility will be to -
∎ Provide persons of concern with essential information related to protection and basic services;
∎ Receive, record, and report complaints and feedback regarding humanitarian services;
∎ Identify and report on protection risks and incidents liaising with case management agencies;
∎ Refer complaints and feedback in line with established referral processes.
∎ Share key messages and information verified by UNHCR staff
∎ Ensuring outreaching to the community hence promoting the awareness sessions
∎ Being “inside “the community by working closely with the established community structures
∎ Monitoring the information needs of the community and providing life-saving messaging
∎ Coordinate closely with site management at site level – the CiC and the (SMS) agency
∎ The incumbent will also share the updated report in (Daily with Kobo tool) weekly and monthly
∎ Any other activities as per the program requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) in relevant experience in emergency response/humanitarian field
∎ Minimum 2years work experience in emergency response/humanitarian field with NGOs and UN agencies
∎ Experience in similar role in Rohingya camp context will be given preference
∎ Strong communication and analytical report writing skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Proficient in office management, excel, PowerPoint, Internet Tools
∎ Negotiation skills, motivational skills, team building skills are required
∎ Ability to work under pressure, multitask and maintain deadlines
