Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Ability to use ArcGIS, QGIS and conduct integrated analysis with geospatial and socioeconomic data and produce maps for working area.
∎ Experience in data collection through KOBO/ODK Toolbox.
∎ Skilled at Excel, SPSS or STATA.
∎ Professional experience in working with IM related activity.
∎ Experience in using tablets & smartphones and relevant software.
∎ Skilled at data analysis & WASH inventory & related narrative report writing.
∎ Ability to formulate IM-related technical requirements and Operating Procedures.
∎ Ability to make own database for infrastructure mapping.
∎ Working experience in Refugee Camps.
∎ Familiar with Online reporting systems (ONA) and 4W;Microsoft Office Program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
∎ Adept at different networking mobile apps (ex: WhatsApp).
∎ Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
∎ Statistical Analysis tools: Excel, SPSS, STATA or Tableu;
∎ Clear understanding of technical, social, and institutional issues relating to water, sanitation, and hygiene education in humanitarian response contexts, particularly in refugee settings.
∎ Proficient in writing technical and analytical reports, delivering presentations, and communicating effectively in English with stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and willingness to travel frequently to field sites.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Information Management Officer will support in Database management, online data collection tool management, intervene in data flow management, necessary technical assistance in the survey and preparation of the necessary maps.
∎ Online reporting systems (ONA) and 4W as per the sector guideline.
∎ Data collection through KOBO/ODK Toolbox and analysis using Excel, SPSS or STATA and prepare reports.
∎ Prepare documentary on camp condition maps

Employment Status: Contractual

Job Location: Cox's Bazar

Job Highlights:
∎ Provision of quality WASH services to the Rohingya refugee population in Ukhiya Upazila, Cox's Bazar District.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2025.
