Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the following position from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing CODEC "Provide Access to Quality, Inclusive and Gender-Responsive Education for Rohingya Children and Adolescents (3-18) through Early Childhood Education (ECE) and the Myanmar Curriculum (KG-Grade 12) in Cox’s Bazar” Project funded by UNICEF.
Responsibilities:

The Information Management Officer is responsible for ensuring the quality of the program with coordination with the Programme Manager as per their design focus on promoting equitable access to quality and inclusive education. Under the supervision of the Programme Manager the purpose of the Information Management Officer is to ensure effective documentation through proper data interpretation and analysis with all concerned personnel among CODEC & UNICEF for CODEC-UNICEF Education Project implementation at Ukhiya and Teknaf under Cox’s Bazar region.
Tasks:
The Information Management Officer will work to implement of effective documentation and Information Management System of project interventions through better interpretation of collected field data and analysis in line with project strategy.
· S/he will be responsible for implementing reporting system and documentation as per project needs.
Measure sustainability and documentation of project intervention.
Ensure quality data to measure the impact of the project intervention through various approaches using both qualitative and quantitative processes.

Create and develop a data structure and analysis report to track the project objective.
Work with management to prioritize activities and information needs.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Overall coordination of research activities (quantitative and qualitative) of different components of the Project.

Arrange group discussion to identify challenges for data quality, data collection, and data posting.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain database/data system.
Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
Develop and implement database, data collection system, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Document all case studies, case records, periodic reports, training reports, monthly reports, stock reports, and other necessary docs.
Assist Programme Manager with different report writing.
Coordinate with Managers for data verification and evaluation of the program.
S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)’s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.
Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
