Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Graduation on IPE from reputed university negotiable on the basis of practical experience.
∎ Must have at least 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing company and 5 years of experience in the same designation.
∎ Strong communication skills in English, knowing others will add special privilege.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the IE Team
∎ Instruct and implement the machine layout along with right manpower and attachment.
∎ Prepare skill matrix for the recruiting & grading the new employee.
∎ Time study, capacity study and follow up study of the running style and take appointment measures.
∎ Setting up line so to help achieve set targets.
∎ Find out bottlenecks and solve problems if any.
∎ Ensure supply chain operation and achieve maximum output.
∎ Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Identify best performance and award incentive to deserving workers.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Applicant must be foreign nationality (China, Philippine, Taiwan, Iran)
