∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial and Production Engineering from BUET
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in Research and Development, or IE department of Garments Manufacturing Industry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct daily research activities on quality & productivity to implement achieved development in the Production Floor.
∎ Targeted research area are of-
∎ Workers & staffs mentality development.
∎ Worker motion development.
∎ Development of “Changeover-time”.
∎ Device development for automation.
∎ Optimization of man, machine & time.
∎ And activities as needed as required to develop RMG manufacturing to meet market challenge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Leadership Skill
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Time management & deadline oriented
∎ Must have excellent computer skills especially MS Excel & MS Word etc.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Production Plan
Salary: Negotiable
