∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and materials.
∎ Ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operations in line.
∎ Able to calculate SMV, method study, motion study, time study and line balancing.
∎ Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects & wastage.
∎ To do garments manufacturing process break down and machine lay out.
∎ Able to do risk analysis and identify critical operation.
∎ Analyzing productivity & calculate efficiency.
∎ Recommend and organize training for skill up gradation & folder / attachments.
∎ Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skills.
∎ Find bottlenecks, technical difficulties and quality related issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Freshers need not apply.
∎ Must be experienced in Woven Bottom & Tops.

Salary: Negotiable
