Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & controlling the IE related activities of 100% export oriented woven garments factory.
∎ Daily concrete production targeting and achievement in every hour.
∎ Develop strategies to achieve the Targeted productivity.
∎ Submission of monthly target/achievement reports to concerned Director.
∎ Workers individual productivity development and achievement.
∎ Line balancing and bottle neck removing.
∎ Diverting changeover time to zero.
∎ Analyzing and automation of different process.
∎ Optimizing manpower in every section
∎ Do other job as per instruction of Top management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Leadership Skill
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Time management & deadline oriented
∎ Must have excellent computer skills especially MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Production Plan
