Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Textile Engineering
∎ B.Sc. in IPE from any reputed institution will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain proper communication with central planning
∎ Shipment wise operations (Injection ,Polish, print, cutting , input, output ) progress follow up
∎ Communication with fabric, print planning team and production team sometimes.
∎ Attend monthly Meeting with central planning twice in a month
∎ Should have good negotiation skill to represent the plan to production management.
∎ Should have good communication with merchandising also for pre-production activities and shipment.
∎ The Candidate need to expertise on Top & Bottom wear (Pants, Jacket, Chino etc.)
∎ You will be responsible to monitor day to day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions of your assigned unit.
∎ Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources;
∎ Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards and to Plan layout of machines and lines to get the highest productivity.
∎ Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency;
∎ Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Study individual operator's performance and trained up them.
∎ Coordinate with Sewing Line chief and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
∎ Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down report etc.
∎ You have day to day report to Management.
