Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring efficient uses man, machines, materials etc.
∎ Conducting time study, motion study, capacity study, line balancing etc.
∎ Monitoring worker performance, skill.
∎ Analyze bottleneck process, loss time
∎ Preparing operation breakdown and calculate required man, machine.
∎ Monitoring hourly production as per target find the problems and solve.
∎ Motivate operators to get optimum output.
∎ Keeping record of all production related information and share with others.
∎ Planned and organize the whole production process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership Skill
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Time management & deadline oriented
∎ Must have excellent computer skills especially MS Excel & MS Word etc.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Production Plan
