Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have to strong Knowledge on shade matching.
∎ Must have strong knowledge on Lab to Bulk recipe correction.
∎ Ensure the quality of the fabric as per the fabric standard of buyer.
∎ Should have strong Knowledge on Spectrophotometer (Data color).
∎ Must have to mix the chemical 'recipe' for dyeing both natural and synthetic textiles.
∎ Deciding which chemical dye formula would create the right color Making up a sample dye and checking to make sure it produces the right results recommending any special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dying process.
∎ Ensure harmless fabrics production which is totally free from RSL.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all machines by Maintenance department if when required.
∎ Ensure fabrics dimensional stability as per buyers’ requirements.
∎ Prepare floor according to buyer code of conduct.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the department head.
