Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation in any discipline preferably in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics/MBM/MBA with excellent academic record from reputed universities and no third division/class or equivalent CGPA in academic career. Candidates having Banking Diploma /Islamic Banking Diploma will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible and accountable for overall business planning, budget of the Islamic Banking Window.
∎ Mobilize deposit, deploy funds, secure foreign trade and ancillary business on the principles of Islamic Shari'ah and maintain sound quality of both assets & liabilities.
∎ Ensure excellent customer services with highest standard of governance, regulatory compliance and in line with the Meghna Bank's own guidelines.
∎ Provide leadership and to take initiatives for capacity building of officials on Islamic Banking.
∎ Orientate Customers on Islamic Banking and disseminate Shari'ah Banking among the prospective and target groups of customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ FAVP or equivalent rank.
∎ At least 5 years in Islamic Banking having exposure in Branch banking and risk management.
∎ Must have proven track record in Islamic Relationship, Islamic Business, Islamic Support Services and Control & Compliance.
∎ Knowledge of Islamic Shari'ah, overall Islamic Banking Operations and product development.
