Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Recruitment Process and arrange all labors on time.
∎ Arrange training as per TNA & Training Calendar and monitor development of staffs along with proper data acquisition and Management.
∎ Communicate with Government & non-Government offices as a part of industrial relation and factory administration.
∎ Coordinate Talent Management process as per company objectives.
∎ To be responsible for solving factory IR Issues.
∎ Monitor Compliance, Security and Factory Administration (Able to handle factory Workers)
∎ Conduct Performance Appraisal and 360 Degree Feedback for Factory workers
∎ Motivate workers and maintain good relation between workers and management.
∎ Maintain attendance & leave of all staffs and security guards.
∎ To be responsible for making and renewal of all licenses, certificates and agreements required for factory operation and their proper documentation.
∎ Make travel and lodging arrangements for both corporate office staffs and foreign visitors.
∎ Manage day to day other HR and administrative works
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ At least 7 to 10 years experiences of handling large manufacturing company's Factory HR & Administration
∎ Sound knowledge in working with MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
∎ Excellent communication in English
