∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reduce waste of Accessories on finishing Section.
∎ Reduce excess OT.
∎ Access Manpower reduce from finishing section within the month of dec'2010
∎ To collect the buyer wise order sheet. At list 10 days before to start production.
∎ Approval Trim card collection. At list 4 days before to start the PDN.
∎ Approval Trim card wise accessories collect. At list one day before to start production.
∎ Collect Buyer wise finishing approved sample collect. At list 2 days before to start the production.
∎ Collect Buyer & style wise finishing layout. At list one day before to start production.
∎ To collect the monthly production plan. At list 7 days before start the production.
∎ Ensure to start the production as per monthly production plan in time.
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per lay out.
∎ Ensure the daily style wise target achievement. To meet the shipment dates.
∎ Offer the final AQL to buyer representative Within the ex-fty date
∎ Ensure the floor decupling.
∎ Maintain Daily sewing & finishing qty record.
∎ Maintain Daily output finishing & packing, record.
∎ Maintain Daily wastage record.

Salary: Negotiable
