• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, dormitory
• management, or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle guests professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of computer operation and record-keeping.
• Ability to live on-site
• Honest, responsible, and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the dormitory.
• Handle guest check-in/check-out and respond to inquiries or complaints.
• Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and security activities.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Maintain records of bookings and inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Report to management regularly on operational status.
• Handle minor maintenance issues or coordinate repairs.
• Immediate inform any major maintenance Issues
