Must have a police background.
ASP/Additional SP, Officer-in-Charge – at least 3 police stations. or
ASP (Circle) / AC Zone – 1 station.
Experience in the corporate sector will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and monitor day-to-day Mature Recovery activities in alignment with approved policies and operational strategies.
Execute high-end recovery interventions for portfolios transitioning from the Early Recovery to the Mature Recovery entity.
Coordinate recovery actions with Early Recovery to ensure smooth portfolio handover and escalation readiness.
Supervise Mature Recovery Officers’ performance and adherence to operational protocols.
Maintain structured reporting of recovery activities, field updates, and escalations.
Ensure operational coordination with Legal, Sales, and Finance departments through approved channels.
Identify operational risks, challenges, and trends and provide structured recommendations to the Head of the Department.
Support management-assigned special initiatives within defined authority and documented instructions.
