Responsibilities & Context:

The Implementation Manager will work with our newest customers, ensuring the successful configuration of the Odoo platform with its related auxiliary support modules for our customers. The primary objective is to facilitate customers through the product configuration, integration, and customer training required to onboard new customers to the software platform. To accomplish this, the Implementation Manager conducts requirements workshops with customers to optimize the alignment of the solution to product functionality and also facilitates configuration and training sessions to assist the customer through the implementation of the system.

Role Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer implementation process, from kickoff to solution go-live.
  • Work closely with the Account Executives to engage customer stakeholders to understand and document project scope, business and technical goals, workflows, and requirements in order to craft a seamless and efficient on-boarding experience that will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop an implementation plan and timeline in collaboration with customers.
  • Provide solution setup and configurations based on customer requirements and workflows.
  • Ensure continuity between Sales and Customer Success.
  • Conduct check-ins with customers after the solution go-live and establish an effective mechanism to channel insights and client feedback to Product, Sales and Customer Success, and identify opportunities to improve solution usage.
  • Drive the continuous improvements of Contact’s implementation methodology.
  • Manage end to end timely delivery of the products. Conduct customer training sessions to teach them how to operate and maintain the platform
  • Proactively maintain a high level of knowledge about the product and customer industries through self-study, research, and analysis.
