• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of IT systems and basic technical concepts.
• Experience with project tools (Jira, Trello, Google Workspace).
• Fluent English;
• Ability to work reliably within the CET/CEST time zone.

Mevsar Consult Polska is looking for a proactive IT Project & Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing IT-managed services and internal technology projects. This role combines project coordination with technical recruitment, ensuring smooth delivery of IT initiatives and helping build our technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and tracking of IT projects across the company.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and task trackers.
• Support communication between management, IT vendors, and technical teams.
• Assist with implementation of systems (POS, networking, cloud services, internal tools).
• Lead recruitment for IT-managed services: sourcing candidates, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires.
• Manage communication with external agencies and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and follow-up on action items.
• Support procurement and vendor coordination.
