Job Context:
∎ Location of the assignment : Rohingya Refugee Camps of Kutupalong and Host Community (Rajapalong & Palongkhali union), Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar District
∎ Duration : 16 November to 15 December 2021
∎ Responsibility : Mukti Cox`s Bazar is responsible for overseeing the assignment along with the consultant and Consultant will report directly to Mukti Cox`s Bazar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate a comprehensive action plan for conducting this study.
∎ Review of the relevant secondary data - study reports, project reports, relevant documents etc.
∎ Develop and share methodology. Develop necessary data collection tools (questionnaire/checklists) in Bangla/English for this study. Before finalizing, the tools will have to be shared with Mukti Cox's Bazar.
∎ Assigning Human resources with necessary expertise in line with the objective of the study and hiring the data enumerators.
∎ Provide training to the data enumerators and guidance to the study team.
∎ The consultant will do the intensive field visit during field level data collection and will be engaged in conducting the FGD/IGD/KII and will monitor the progress of field work.
∎ Analysis and prepare the draft report with recommendations for improvement.
∎ The consultant will provide presentation the main findings before finalizing the report.
∎ The consultant will develop and share the detail final report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years working experience in development and or livelihood project evaluation.
∎ Preferably he/she should have a broad understanding on Livelihoods, food security and DRR in Cox's Bazar context as well as knowledge on Rohingya Refugee context.
∎ Sound background on data analysis(SPSS/STATA)
∎ Demonstrated ability to produce high quality study, review and analytical reports.
∎ Should demonstrate multidisciplinary expertise and skills necessary for monitoring and evaluation of project implementation.
∎ Adequate resource pool (human and financial), ability to mobilize additional resources.
∎ Established networks relevant to the assignment.
∎ Value for money.
∎ Should be well knowledge on income generating activities and inclusive business and self-reliance
∎ Skilled in technical report writing in International Standard English, documentation and presentation.
∎ Should have previous successful record of accomplishment of doing similar study.
