1. Bachelor/Masters of Arts (BA)in English

2.Minimum IELTS overall score of 7.

3.Strong command of English (Speaking, Writing, Reading & Listening)

4.Prior teaching experience will be an advantage

5.Ability to conduct mock tests and provide effective feedback

6.Punctual, responsible, and student-focused

7.Skills Required TOT (Training of Teachers), English Language, English Teacher, Classroom teaching, Communication in English, Public Speaking and Presentation, Coaching center teacher

8. At least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): language training

9. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): teaching and training

Job Responsibilities:

1.Conduct IELTS classes as per institute guidelines

2.Prepare students for Academic & General IELTS modules

3.Take regular mock tests and evaluate performance

4.Maintain attendance and academic records

5. Monitor and evaluate the classwork and homework, and update the progress of Students

6. Prepare the syllabus in accordance with the modules

7. Ensure that the classroom stays orderly

8. Mentorship: Provide personalized guidance and one-on-one counseling to help candidates identify weak areas and achieve their target Scores

9. Institutional Growth: Take proactive initiatives to improve academic quality and contribute to the overall development of the Institution.

10. Managing operations, staff, student counseling, and ensuring meeting targets.

11. Strong communication skills, leadership, and proficiency in Bengali & English.
