Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Training Institutes, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English

• TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certification will be considered an added advantage.

• Formal training in Public Speaking or Creative Presentation will be highly valued.

• Completion of workshops or courses in English Language Teaching (ELT) is preferred.

• At least 3 years

• A strong IELTS band score is required (Overall 7.5 or above preferred).

• A minimum band score of 7.0 in each module (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is mandatory.

• Strong classroom management abilities with a positive and engaging teaching approach.

Skills & Expertise

• Communication in English IELTS Instructor

• Classroom Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective Spoken English and IELTS classes (Offline) for various batches, ensuring high engagement levels.

• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic authority to prepare, update, and refine high quality teaching materials and resources.

• Strategic Planning: Strategize and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance students` fluency and maximize their IELTS band scores.

• Mentorship: Provide personalized guidance and one-on-one counseling to help candidates identify weak areas and achieve their target scores.

• Assessment & Feedback: Monitor student progress through regular mock tests and assessments, providing constructive and actionable feedback.

• Institutional Growth: Take proactive initiatives to improve academic quality and contribute to the overall development of the institution.
