Responsibilities & Context:
Attending to the preproduction meeting and discuss about the critical operations, machines lay out, SMV. manpower allocation.
Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly plan.
Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow up.
Simplify manufacturing process and increase efficiency and productivity of all orders.
Follow up pre-production activities planning and ensure back-to-back feeding achieves targets without compromising quality.
