Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply the cutting procedures and standards stated in the cutting agreement
∎ Set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of Cutting production,
∎ Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and material.
∎ Monitor all the cutting and preparation phases necessary to produce garments in the allotted time
∎ Monitor cutting production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
∎ Monitor and ensure all quality parameters like consistent colour and GSM of the cut panels which are going in the sewing line.
∎ Ensure to manage the consumption and wastages as per the budget given by merchandising department.
∎ Analyze productivity and improve system by implementing kaizen process.
∎ Check the cutting production; absenteeism; cutting balance, non-productive report; and compile reports on progress of work and production problems.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers’ demand.
∎ Supply the SMV information to merchandising team for costing purpose.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

∎ Knit /Woven Composite garment factory experienced
