Job Responsibilities:
∎ When new style start analyze the bulletin and layouts and thread consumption.
∎ While PP meeting make decision about technical and production related issue.
∎ Line lay out. Operation line balance.
∎ When style is feeding, checking work place, layout, method and find out whether labor and machine utilized properly.
∎ Maintaining individual operator performance and motivating low operator performances.
∎ Analyze the work in progress on work stations and instructing supervisor for better balancing.
∎ When analyze the bottle neck areas co-ordinate with technical adviser & line management to solving problems.
∎ Conducting capacity, production and time studies to ensure daily / plan target.
∎ Method develops &work place engineering.
∎ Maintaining lost time recording and calculate efficiency
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
