Responsibilities & Context:
- Preparation of Production Target based on Finishing Iron to Pack resources and allocated table, manpower and process.
- Distribute ironman according to the style wise sewing output.
- Distribute/ allocate manpower properly and balance the finishing layout.
- Maintain Finishing Worker & Staff skill matrix for process-wise allocation.
- Conduct all finishing worker's skill evaluation regular interval, maintain skill matrix and evaluate worker’s performance.
- Calculate finishing style-wise SMV, capacity study & update finishing SMV databank.
- Calculate finishing efficiency and work to increase efficiency in floor.
- Conduct time study and method study in finishing operations to find out best finishing sequence.
- Record and analyze NPT (non-productive time) in Finishing with responsible section and reason, and reduce NPT.
- Provide production target in finishing and make follow up to meet the target.
- Monitor finishing production, finishing efficiency, finishing quality (DHU).
- Give target plan within allowed working hours and keep record of target vs. actual production with root-cause for shortfall.
- Implement new IE concept and improve finishing section.
- Check the availability of finishing accessories for the running styles and ensure supply chain considering shipment date.
- Monitor shipment schedule and ensure shipment plan/ weekly inspection schedule with finishing person in-charge.
