Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and execute IE activities in manufacturing unit.
Find out root cause of production problems.
Perform time study and method study to improve efficiency, quality and product reliability.
Prepare changeover report & reduce changeover time by taking necessary steps.
Review monthly production plan and give feedback to planning team.
Prepare balanced production layout considering the available strength of the respective production lines.
Perform capacity study to find out bottleneck processes of the production line.
Perform production study to ensure production processes have the desired capacity, meeting the line production target.
Ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Materials.
Prepare daily MIS and NPT report, set up daily production target.
Prepare worker assessment report for newly recruited workers.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
