Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in textile engineering, IPE, Graduation from any reputed university, Must be GSD holder.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ When new style start analyze the bulletin and layouts.
∎ On receipt of production sample request, check that proposed method is practical.
∎ Factory lay out. Operation line balance.
∎ When style is feeding, checking work place, layout, method and find out whether labor and machine utilized properly.
∎ Maintaining the SMV values and confirm the SMV value for each & every styles/operations.
∎ Maintaining individual operator performance and motivating low operator performances.
∎ Analyze the work in progress on work stations and instructing supervisor for better balancing.
∎ When analyze the bottle neck areas co-ordinate with technical advisor & line management to solving problems.
∎ Conducting capacity studies if line management request.
∎ Method develop &work place engineering.
∎ Maintaining lost time recording and calculate efficiency.
∎ Maintain QCO.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience in Woven Garments (Pants) relevant position.
∎ Expert in Computer and Fluent in English, Experience in minimum 04 years in woven Garments (pants).
∎ Who have experience about PVH, IZOD, CK, Van Heusen, GAP, Old Navy, M&S we seems them as an extra expert.

Salary: Negotiable
