Job Responsibilities:
∎ Productivity analysis
∎ Data analysis
∎ Style simplification and method improvement
∎ Operation bulletin
∎ Coordination with all department to reach the target.
∎ Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up
∎ Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
∎ Make production layout consistent with production & shipment plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as production planner & actively working with IE department at composite knit factory
∎ Excellent knowledge of production planning, line balancing, manpower planning, productivity improvement capacity & quality control principles
∎ Working knowledge on ERP systems will be added an advantages
∎ Good at math and statistics
∎ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Salary: Negotiable
