Responsibilities & Context:
Company Profile: Icon Care Resort (a concern of Icon Care Limited) is going to build an explicitly beautiful Resort with aesthetic and state-of-the-art facilities in Gazipur, Dhaka. Our Resort is currently seeking Asst. Manager, (Operations) who will be responsible for full operations with digital marketing of the project. This role will be critical in maintaining rigorous standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. The position will report to the Project Head of Icon Care Resort.
Address: House # 45, Road # 19, Sector # 11, Uttara, Dhaka.
Responsibilities:
কুক / বাবুর্চি হিসাবে বাস্তব অজ্ঞিতা থাকতে হবে ।
সুস্বাদু এবং স্বাস্থ্যকর বাংলা, মহাদেশীয় খাবার এবং বিশেষ ডেজার্ট খাবার আইটেম প্রস্তুত করতে হবে।
সুসজ্জিত ডিস পরিবেশন করা।
স্বাস্থ্যসম্মত খাবার পরিবেশন এবং কিচেনের পরিচ্ছন্ন পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করা।
বৈদ্যুতিক সরঞ্জাম যেমন ওভেন, ব্লেন্ডার, হিটার ইত্যাদি পরিচালনার বিষয়ে ভালো জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী খাবার প্রস্তুত করা এবং প্রস্তুতিমূলক সহায়তা সম্পূর্ণ করা।
প্রতিদিনের রান্না সংক্রান্ত যাবতীয় কাজ সম্পাদন করা।
কিচেনের ষ্টক মেনটেইন করা।
