Job Context

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IATA Ticketing & Overseas Reservation Officer to join our travel & tourism team. The candidate will be responsible for handling air ticketing, overseas reservations, and providing professional travel solutions to clients. The role requires strong knowledge of IATA rules, GDS systems, and excellent customer communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Handle IATA air ticketing (Domestic & International)

Manage overseas / international flight reservations

Issue, reissue, refund, and cancel air tickets as per airline & IATA rules

Operate GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)

Provide flight fare quotations and travel solutions to clients

Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and clients professionally

Ensure accurate passenger data entry and ticket documentation

Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support

Maintain daily reservation and ticketing records

Follow company policies and international aviation standards
