Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Bachelor in Nutrition Science / Public Health / Social Science and relevant subjects and experiences.

• Age At most 40 years

• Practical work experience in WASH sectors focusing with hygiene promotion sessions through awareness on handwashing with soap, MHM, WSP, and emergency response.
• Medium in English (written/verbal).
• Team management.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills

• To lead good hygiene practices and effective community engagement, through improving knowledge and changing the attitudes and behavior of the targeted communities.
• To develop and ensure longer term sanitation and hygiene promotion continues and support the development and adaptation of different methodologies.
• Develop monthly, and quarterly work plans and budgets for Hygiene Promotion and Community Engagement.
• Assist the Project Coordinator in overall planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project.
• Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups and organizations.
