Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ • Master's degree with three years experience in the relevant field (only for female)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility #1: Planning and Field Operation
∎ Prepare action plan and ensure timely implementation with standards
∎ Support Hygiene Promoters to ensure they are delivered on time, with cost and quality standards
∎ Conduct staff meetings as per plan
∎ Responsibility #2: Coordination and Team Management
∎ Coordinate hygiene activities and distribution of responsibilities amongst HPs to organize the monitoring and tracking system of all components of the project
∎ Maintained co-ordination and liaison with sectors of SHED,IOM Site Coordinator, CIC Office, Site Management Office and other stakeholders
∎ Maintained networking and regular communication with service providers of respective camps for hygiene related activities.
∎ To be ensured the safety of team members from natural & men made disasters, Physical abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ To be practiced, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Responsibility #3: Supervision and Monitoring
∎ Monitor and supportive supervision to courtyard session, WASH/User committee meeting, soap /MHM kits distribution house to house visit,
∎ Monitor and supportive Supervision to Community Consultation meetings, Kobo data collection, FGD etc.
∎ Responsibility #4: Finance and Logistics
∎ Ensure administrative, financial and project compliance to ensure accountable implementation
∎ Ensure proper utilization of project resources align with organization policy
∎ Responsibility #5 Documentation and Reporting
∎ Ensure quality Carry out water sampling and the quality tests like FRC, PH, Rapid FC test, etc. at household and communal level, collect appropriate information and provide to the line manager. In case of contamination take appropriate intervention as per the guidelines.
∎ Prepare reports of concerned activities and maintained assigned documentation of the project
∎ Produce Case Story in line with WASH project strategy to show the value, impact and quality outcome of the project
∎ Based on the identified intervention needs for hygienic practice, support HPVs in the delivery of effective hygiene awareness messaging and take part periodically at different levels for the supervision and guidance. Based on the identified needs, organize context specific hygiene sessions and promotional activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Local language skills,
∎ Experience in using mobile applications,
∎ Survey and data collection experiences,
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure

Salary: Tk. 47583 (Monthly)
