Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare job descriptions (JDs) and execute recruitment planning.
∎ Manage the recruitment process, from job listing to candidate screening, interviews, and contract negotiation.
∎ Maintain, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with company regulations.
∎ Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
∎ Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employee performance evaluation.
∎ Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
∎ Oversee attendance tracking and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
∎ Address payroll-related issues and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
∎ Build and maintain a network of talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
∎ Participate in talent acquisition strategies, including job fairs, networking events, and partnerships.
∎ Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
∎ Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
∎ Foster positive employee relations and address any employee concerns or grievances.
∎ Organize culture-building and organizational development activities to promote a healthy work environment.
∎ Assist management with various HR-related tasks and projects.
∎ Provide HR insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
∎ 5 years or more relevant HR experience with tech/digital/IT company
∎ End to end recruitment experience in the tech/digital industry for both tech and non tech roles
∎ Excellent offline and online networking skillsAble to draft employment agreement and policy documents
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Organizational and time management abilities
∎ Attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality
∎ Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bangladesh
