Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ NEBOSH IGC certification or OSHA certification is required.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct site visits and remain on-site for a minimum of four hours daily.
∎ Perform daily HSE inspections and participate in monthly walkthroughs with the area HSE Coordinator.
∎ Post safety signage in required areas.
∎ Action Register & Compliance Tracking
∎ Meeting minutes
∎ Daily findings
∎ Near misses
∎ Management observations
∎ Ensure timely closure of all HSE action items, such as CAPA, HIRA, and Near Miss reports.
∎ Prepare draft reports for incidents/accidents and track corrective actions in the action register.
∎ Update the Occupational Illness Register for cases involving sudden illness, panic attacks, or health issues requiring emergency response.
∎ Permit to Work (PTW) & Documentation
∎ Issue and track PTW numbers, maintaining an up-to-date register.
∎ Ensure all HSE documents are regularly updated and organized.
∎ Maintain the common HSE folder in both digital and physical formats.
∎ Training & Awareness Programs
∎ Conduct HSE training sessions for employees.
∎ Follow up HSAP (Health & Safety Action Plan).
∎ Check and update the medical room checklist.
∎ Inspect emergency response equipment (first aid boxes, firefighting systems) on a weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Plan and conduct emergency drills as scheduled.
∎ Track and report daily findings to the HSE Manager.
∎ Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with all HSE requirements.
